In case you missed it earlier, this week’s blogs are all about my little sister, Sabrina’s portraits! Last weekend we spent the whole day capturing her senior photos. Over the course of the day we took D.C. dance portraits at dawn and then senior portraits in the evening. Check out part two below!

ASHBURN SENIOR PORTRAITS

After a break I headed back over to my parents’ house for the second half of the day, Sabrina’s Ashburn senior portraits. While I sorted through the photos from her dance session, Finn of Blushaway Makeup got her ready for the shoot. Once she was all prepped we headed to our first location, a small park in Lansdowne. This little park is one of my favorite spots for portraits, but was particularly special because it’s the same place myself and other sister, Leah had our senior portraits taken. Mom had to have matching locations for the mantlepiece portraits!

We shot around the little park in Sabrina’s first outfit then headed out to Leesburg, Virginia. Next to one of my favorite venues, Rust Manor, is a nature sanctuary with the prettiest sunset light! We had the whole place to ourselves to shoot Sabrina’s remaining three outfits. Overall, it was a long day capturing so many photos, but it was so worth it! I felt lucky to be the one capturing a such a big milestone for my little sister!
