Kelley & Ryan || Belmont Country Club Engagement

Filed in: Engagements

Fall engagement season is in full swing and last week I got to meet up with Kelley and Ryan! We started at Claude Moore Park before heading over to Belmont Country Club to wrap up their photoshoot. After having to reschedule because of rain, we ended up with a beautiful fall afternoon. The leaves at Claude Moore were just starting to really change and were the perfect backdrop for fall photos!

I loved getting to know these two during their session. Kelley and Ryan did such a wonderful job posing and smiling for the camera! They met in the Virginia Tech marching band and have been together almost seven years. Ryan even tied in their marching band roots to the proposal! He coordinated with the local high school marching band Kelley works with for a special routine during practice one day. When Kelley was up in the press box watching the band rehearse they spelled out “Marry Me” on the field!

For the second half of their shoot we headed over to Belmont Country Club. They’re getting married there next fall and it was the perfect second location for their engagement session! We explored some of the golf course first, before heading up to the manor house. Their cute puppy, Beamer, even joined us for a few at the end. I can’t wait for their wedding in October!
