I’m so excited to be working with Mary Kate and Jimmy! Mary Kate and Jimmy met back in college and have been dating for three and half years. They got engaged on Christmas Eve 2019. I was so excited when they reached out and glad to kick off my first 2020 engagement session with them. I had such a great time!
They knew that they wanted a winter engagement session and to incorporate a fun winery stop along the way. We started out their engagement session at Greenhill Vineyards in Middleburg. We lucked out with the warmest February day despite it being just a little bit overcast. After we wrapped up at Greenhill we headed down the road to Goodstone Inn. This beautiful Middleburg B&B is one of my favorite Loudoun locations for sessions. It’s tucked a little into the woods and away from the bustle of downtown Middleburg. This beautiful, private location has a cute courtyard and gorgeous ivy covered walls to pose in front of for photos. Once the sun starts to sink lower their fields have stunning country views with the prettiest light! I can’t recommend it enough if someone is looking for a getaway in Middleburg!
Enjoy a few of my favorites from their session – I can’t wait for their wedding this November at Sweeney Barn!
