Ever wonder what some good reasons are to book a mini session? You could use the session to celebrate your anniversary, get photos for your holiday card or to document a furry new member of the family. If you’re like Lauren and Shane it could be for all three!

I photographed Lauren and Shane’s wedding back in 2018 and have loved staying in touch with them over the past couple years. This is actually the third time they’ve been in front of my lens (and Lauren’s fourth since she modeled for one of my editorials!). They recently adopted their sweet puppy, Duke (Go JMU!) and it was the perfect reason to get some anniversary photos.

I had so much fun catching up with these two and meeting Duke. I can’t believe it’s already been over a year since their wedding and was so glad I got to photograph them again. I’m already looking forward to the next time they’re in front of my camera again!
