I’m so excited to share Rebecca’s grad session! We connected through a mutual friend back in the spring and set up a date to capture photos to celebrate her upcoming graduation from John Hopkins. Rebecca knew she wanted a classic D.C. backdrop for her portrait session, and the architecture of the Capitol building was the perfect fit! That weekend we faced some crazy crowds and traffic in the city due to various sports games and the cherry blossoms festival. Luckily, once we arrived at Capitol Hill we had the location almost entirely to ourselves! Pair that with some gorgeous golden hour light and Rebecca’s portraits turned into one of my favorite recent sessions. It was so much fun to capture her Capitol Hill grad session and I can’t wait to see what she does next!
