Rob and Alexandra braved the early morning and crazy D.C. crowds to capture their engagement portraits around the Tidal Basin during peak bloom. Dreamy curtains of flowers draped down over the water and petals floated in the wind as we explored the Tidal Basin and the Jefferson Memorial at sunrise.
